Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is Adam Zulim Coaching, and who do you serve?

Adam Zulim Coaching is dedicated to helping you experience real change—whether you’re seeking clarity, confidence, or a new direction in life. Coaching in an ongoing conversation that empowers a person to fully live out God's callling. If you're struggling with unwanted emotions and circumstances, I believe I can help. My mission is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. Through one-on-one coaching, I partner with individuals from all backgrounds, including faith leaders and those exploring their spiritual journey.

2. What isn't coaching?

It’s not therapy. Although many of the communication techniques are the same, like active listening, reflecting, use of questions, limited advice giving, etc., therapy focuses on the past to bring healing and unblock a person to move ahead. Coaching is future and action-oriented, for people who are basically clear of psychological and emotional issues. It’s not mentoring. Mentors are experts in a particular field who seek to pass on their expertise to a person. Mentors provide knowledge, advice, guidance, correction, and encouragement to people who are newer and junior—by experience if not by position or age. It’s not training. In training, the trainer sets the agenda. Change comes from outside the participant, via the trainer. In coaching, you set the agenda. Coaches use adult learning principles of self-discovery to motivate change from within you.

3. What makes your coaching approach unique?

My coaching is grounded in biblical self-compassion, helping you see yourself as God sees you. I help clients uncover hidden thoughts and beliefs that fuel unwanted emotions and outcomes. Together, we explore where your thinking, feeling, or self-perception may be misaligned with how God sees, feels about, and treats you—so you can live more freely and fully in His truth.

4. Do I have to be religious to benefit from your coaching?

Not at all! While my approach is grounded in Christian principles, I welcome clients from all faith backgrounds—or none at all.
